Communicare Certified Administrator Assessment Program Now Available!!

The Communicare Certified Administrator Program is an advanced course designed for Communicare system administrators who would like their skills to be formally recognised by qualified Communicare training staff.

The course can be undertaken as an add-on to our existing Communicare Superuser Training, being used as an ‘assessment only’ component after completion of face to face training. It can also be used by experienced Communicare system administrators who would like to utilise RPL or Recognition of Prior Learning.

To complete full Certification, a trainee must be able to demonstrate their skills from a bank of tasks required to prove competency to your Trainer. This demonstration of techniques takes place after all course materials have been submitted and is a blind test (i.e. NOT open book). It is assumed this demonstration of techniques will take between 3-4 hours.

The Communicare Certified Administrator Program is made up of two (2) parts:

  1. Successful completion of all assessments for each unit/lesson as part of the eLearning portion (Communicare Administrator - Assessment Only)
  2. The further step of successfully being assessed as competent through a demonstration of techniques for one of our qualified assessors (Certified Communicare Administrator)

Users can decide to complete only step 1 above (the Communicare Administrator Assessment portion) and then may move onto full Certification once they have completed step 1. Users cannot just complete step 2 as the assessments making up step 1 form part of the assessment requirement(s) for full Certification as a Communicare Administrator (step 2).

It is recommended that users attend a Communicare Superuser 3-day course prior to undertaking the above assessments.

Note: We no longer offer the Communicare Superuser (Administrator) course online. It is only delivered face to face in the classroom environment.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for the Communicare Certified Administrator Program, but it is recommended that users wishing to undertake the course have been a Communicare user for more than 12 months (preferably with some Communicare system administrator experience).

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Yes, you are able to receive recognition of prior learning for this course. What this means is that if you have already gained skills and knowledge through your use of Communicare in the workplace, then recognition of what you’ve learned and done can reduce the time it takes to achieve your qualification.
